Bringing a youth-led mission from Nepal into the radio studio.
KCLU invited Harmony and Akash to speak about their foundation and their experience visiting Nepal. The studio conversation gave the young founders an opportunity to explain the work in their own voices and share what they had witnessed during the trip.
Their appearance connected a local public-radio audience with a project led by children in California for children in Nepal. The interview became another step in carrying the story beyond their school and immediate community.
