The people behind the mission

Our board brings together research, leadership, service, and communication to support young people in Nepal.

Founder and President

Harmony Pandey

Harmony is a senior at Thousand Oaks High School and a student researcher. With family roots in Nepal, she considers the country her second home and is deeply committed to helping its communities grow and thrive.

She founded ByKids4Kids with her brother in 2015 after Nepal’s devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake. Her work now focuses on helping marginalized girls attend school by providing menstrual hygiene and sanitation products. Harmony also participates in research and performing arts, and enjoys nature and running with friends.

Kelly Wagenseller

Kelly studies Real Estate Development and Finance at USC. Her years in Boy Scouts of America helped build her leadership, teamwork, and service skills. She is honored to support Nepal and help make a difference in young girls’ lives, and hopes to visit the country one day.

Jayden Hua

Born and raised in Thousand Oaks, Jayden conducts undergraduate-level research into how California microalgae could help lower the cost of pancreatic cancer treatment. His work as a medical scribe at a free clinic has deepened his interest in medicine and culture.

Jayden also manages social media for organizations including the American Red Cross and Bumble Bee Pediatric Cancer Foundation. He brings that experience in digital reach and community-centered storytelling to ByKids4Kids.

Sadikshya Nepal

Sadikshya lives in Nepal, where she is a law student and an activist. She serves on the Executive Board of ByKids4Kids.
